With 25 years of leadership experience in the Royal Australian Navy, Kym led teams through high-stakes environments, complex operations, and significant organisational change. His military background provided a deep understanding of what makes leaders effective under pressure – and what happens when leadership falls short.

After transitioning to civilian life in 2016, Kym established his consultancy in Adelaide, working with organisations and leaders navigating change, uncertainty, and the challenges of modern leadership. His work focuses on closing the gap between leaders' intentions and their actual impact – helping them build the capabilities that create environments where people want to stay and thrive.
